Hello all!

I'm Amanda. I am a photographer, videographer, graphic designer, and so much more. Above all, I'm an avid hockey fan. Currently covering the Washington Capitals for Russian Machine Never Breaks (RMNB), I am also a Real-Time Correspondent for MLB Advanced Media. I was the Washington Redskins Photo Intern for the 2016-17 season. As a graduate of George Mason University with a BA in Film & Video Studies and a double minor in Sport Communication and Graphic Design, I spent my first two summers in college freelancing for the Potomac Nationals. Outside of sports, I'm a lead film editor for SkipperFilms.

 

I started my social media presence on Tumblr, focusing a blog on hockey. As I've followed my teams and traveled to see them, I've always tried to document my experience and share it with my blog's followers. This has inspired me to start my new project: Hockey Travel Guide. I want this website to not only serve as a showcase for my work, but as a way for fans to learn about the different hockey cities and the must-do's while in town. I plan to cover this idea through photos, blog posts, FAQ's, and eventually vlogs.
